FLAGSHIP PROGRAM
Global Engineer Discovery Program (GEDP)
GEDPは、アジアの理工系学生が日本での実地研修・リモート学習・企業インターンシップを通じて、グローバルに活躍するエンジニアへと成長するための段階的プログラムです。パートナー大学と連携し、少人数制で丁寧に運営しています。 GEDP is a phased program through which engineering students from Asia grow into globally capable engineers—combining on-site training in Japan, remote learning, and company internships. Operated in close partnership with partner universities, each cohort is kept small for high-quality mentoring.

日本での生活・ビジネス文化への適応と、実践的な技術研修を集中的に行います。 Intensive adaptation to life and business culture in Japan, combined with hands-on technical training.
リモート学習Remote Learning

代表メッセージFrom Our Representative
外資系コンサルティングファームのアクセンチュアにて公共セクターのITプロジェクトマネジメントに従事した後、慶應義塾大学ビジネス・スクールにてMBAを取得（在学中に米国ケロッグ経営大学院へ半年間交換留学）。ガートナージャパンでのCIOアドバイザリー、カンボジアの工科大学における産学連携担当を経て、2026年に当社を設立しました。アジアの若い才能と日本企業がともに成長できる架け橋となることを目指しています。 After leading public-sector IT project management at Accenture, she earned her MBA from Keio Business School, including a six-month exchange at the Kellogg School of Management in the United States. Following roles as a CIO advisor at Gartner Japan and in academic-industry collaboration at an institute of technology in Cambodia, she founded Asia Innovation Hub in 2026, with the mission of building bridges where young Asian talent and Japanese companies grow together.
